- Condition of Property & Existing Items
Our team will conduct a basic walkthrough prior to the cleaning. We shall not be held responsible for damage to any old, fragile, loose, or pre-existing damaged items such as furniture, flooring, tiles, fittings, or decorations. We recommend that the client inform our team in advance of any sensitive items or areas of concern. - Valuable, Luxury & Sentimental Items
Please declare all valuable, antique, designer, or emotionally significant items before service begins. Gopin Cleaning Services will not be held liable for any loss or damage to such items if they are not disclosed prior to cleaning. - Pet Policy
Our service does not include cleaning animal feces, urine, or biohazard materials. Clients must clean these areas using their own tools prior to our arrival. During service, pets must be securely confined in a separate, safe space for the safety of both the animals and our staff. - Supervision & Communication
A site supervisor (PIC) will be present during the cleaning to manage the team. We recommend that the client or a representative is present to facilitate clear communication before and after service. - Damage & Liability
Gopin Cleaning Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages unless due to proven negligence by our team. We will take all reasonable care during service but cannot guarantee against issues related to item age or prior condition. - Order Confirmation & Misunderstanding of Package Type
The client is responsible for accurately selecting the cleaning service type (e.g., general, deep, post-renovation). If upon arrival our team discovers that the actual condition of the property does not match the confirmed service type due to misinformation or oversight, Gopin Cleaning Services reserves the right to adjust the package, pricing, or duration accordingly. Services will only proceed with client acknowledgment and agreement. - Wardrobe & Storage Disclaimer
Our cleaning service does not include the cleaning of personal items inside wardrobes, cabinets, or drawers. We only clean internal wardrobe surfaces if they are fully emptied by the client prior to service. Any clothing, personal belongings, or stored items will not be handled by our team. - Agreement Confirmation
Proceeding with payment shall be deemed as acceptance and agreement to all terms stated in this disclaimer.
